Description
You have the option to upgrade to a Microconvex probe for an additional $300. A Microconvex probe is the ideal choice for canine pregnancy scans.
Additional Considerations:
- Convex or Microconvex Probe?
If you plan to scan large dogs (such as Labradors or larger) or are working within a budget, the Convex probe is the right choice for you. However, if you’ll be scanning a variety of breeds or have small to medium-sized dogs, we highly recommend upgrading to the Microconvex probe if it fits your budget. It will provide significantly better image quality.
- Do I Need Two Probes?
No, a Microconvex probe is suitable for all dog breeds, while a Convex probe can work with all dogs but may be less practical for toy breeds due to its larger size.
