Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, and typically takes 4-5 working days to arrive. Therefore, you should allow just over one week from the day you place your order to receipt of your scanner.

This depends. If you are in Canada, you will receive an import bill via our courier (usually DHL).  This is usually around $50 CAD.

If you are in the United States, as of August 2025, the US government has begun taxing every import into the country. However, we pre-pay this for you, which saves you time and money because you do not have to pay their additional handling charges. You will notice this new tax automatically added for you at checkout. You will not receive any additional surprise charges.

Modern ultrasound machines are, effectively, computers. They don’t require regular servicing in the same way that ultrasound machines used to. What’s more, systems like the ScanX and Apogee 1000 Lite can be serviced remotely (provided you have connected them to your internet).

If you ever experience a hardware issue, our experienced technicians can troubleshoot this with you before we collect it, to expedite the repair process (we can make sure the parts your machine needs are on hand, ready for its arrival). Shipping times back to the UK are typically 4 working days. Hardware issues on our machines are exceptionally rare, particularly on systems under 5 years of age.
